How can I pay for my art transport?
Paying for your art transport is simple and secure. Once you have entered all the necessary details to receive a shipping quote, you will need to confirm the quote to proceed. You will then be redirected to our secure payment provider, Stripe, where you can conveniently pay by credit card.
We recommend direct payment via Stripe to ensure fast processing of your shipment. If you prefer to pay by invoice, please contact us at info@moviiu.com. Please note that we will only begin processing your shipment once we have received the payment.
Which payment methods and currencies do you accept?
We offer two secure payment options for your art shipment:
- Credit card payment via Stripe
- Bank transfer (shipment is confirmed once payment has been received in our bank account, usually within 2-3 days)
We currently accept payments in EUR, CHF, GBP, and USD. As our international presence grows, we are continuously working on expanding the range of available currencies.
Is card payment secure?
Yes, absolutely. Your card details are fully encrypted and never stored.
All credit card payments are processed securely through Stripe (www.stripe.com), one of the world’s most trusted online payment providers. No matter which payment method you choose, we never have access to your bank details, ensuring maximum security for your transaction.
Payment issue – What should I do and who can I contact?
If your credit card payment is declined, it may be due to security verification by your bank. Stripe, our payment provider, sometimes redirects transactions for identity confirmation. If this process is interrupted or fails, the payment is automatically canceled for security reasons.

Where can I find my invoice?
Once your payment has been processed, you can download your invoice directly from your customer account under “My Transports.” Additionally, a copy will be sent to you via email for your records.
Who do I contact if the invoice is wrong?
If you notice any errors on your invoice, please contact us at info@moviiu.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
Can I pay after delivery?
For one-time shipments, payment is required in advance before we can organize and process your transport. However, if you require regular shipping services and meet a certain shipment volume, please contact us at info@moviiu.com to discuss possible payment solutions.
Until when can I cancel a booked art transport?
To receive a full refund for your art transport, you must contact us via email at info@moviiu.com as soon as possible after confirming and paying for your order. Refund eligibility depends on the following two scenarios:
1. Art Transport with Your Own Packaging:
You can cancel your shipment at any time as long as the pick-up has not been scheduled. In this case, you will receive a full refund without any fees.
2. Art Transport with Moviiu Packaging:
We start processing your shipment as soon as we receive the order. If packaging has not yet been produced, we can cancel the shipment and issue a full refund. If the packaging has already been produced, we can only partially reimburse you for the shipping fees, but not for the cost of the packaging.
Please note that once the packaging has been shipped or the pick-up is scheduled, cancellations and refunds will no longer be possible.
